Hayward Holdings Appoints Jared Arrowood as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Hayward Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HAYW), a global provider of pool, outdoor living and industrial flow control technologies, has announced the appointment of Jared Arrowood as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately. In his new role, Arrowood will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer and oversee key financial functions, including global financial reporting, tax, operational finance and technical accounting.

The appointment adds to Hayward’s financial leadership team as the company continues to focus on strengthening its financial operations and supporting its long-term business strategy. Arrowood brings extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting and financial management, along with several years of direct experience at Hayward.

Arrowood Takes on Expanded Financial Leadership Role

As Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Arrowood will be responsible for overseeing Hayward’s global accounting and financial reporting activities. His responsibilities will include managing the company’s financial reporting processes, tax functions, operational finance activities and technical accounting operations.

Arrowood will continue to report to Eifion Jones, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, as a member of Hayward’s financial leadership team.

Jones said Arrowood’s combination of financial leadership experience and knowledge of Hayward’s operations makes him well suited to take on the expanded position.

Experience Within Hayward

Arrowood joined Hayward in 2023, initially serving as Assistant Corporate Controller. In 2024, he was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller, expanding his responsibilities within the company’s global controllership organization.

During his tenure at Hayward, Arrowood has contributed to efforts aimed at strengthening the company’s financial processes and controls. He has also supported continuous improvement initiatives across the global controllership organization.

His experience within Hayward has provided him with a detailed understanding of the company’s financial operations, business structure and reporting requirements. That familiarity will support his responsibilities as the company’s principal accounting officer.

Arrowood’s progression through leadership positions at Hayward also reflects his growing role within the organization’s finance function. His new position brings together his accounting expertise, corporate finance experience and knowledge of Hayward’s business.

Previous Financial Leadership Experience

Before joining Hayward, Arrowood spent 17 years at SPX FLOW, where he held a variety of financial leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance for the company’s Mixing Solutions division.

His nearly two decades at SPX FLOW provided experience in financial management within a publicly traded global organization. His background includes corporate finance leadership and responsibilities associated with supporting business operations and financial performance.

The combination of his previous experience at SPX FLOW and his time at Hayward gives Arrowood a broad understanding of financial management in global industrial and technology-oriented businesses.

His background also includes experience working across financial functions and supporting organizational improvements, which will be relevant to his expanded responsibilities at Hayward.

Academic and Professional Credentials

Arrowood holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

In addition to his academic background, Arrowood is a certified public accountant. His accounting credentials and professional experience provide a foundation for his responsibilities overseeing Hayward’s financial reporting, tax, operational finance and technical accounting functions.

As principal accounting officer, these areas will form an important part of his responsibilities as he works with Hayward’s broader finance organization.
