Boeing and Turkish Airlines have announced a strategic agreement for the acquisition of four additional 777 Freighters, aimed at bolstering Turkish Airlines’ position in the global air cargo market. This order will increase Turkish Airlines’ fleet of 777 Freighters to a total of 12.

The expansion of Turkish Airlines’ freighter fleet comes in response to escalating demand driven by the rapid growth of e-commerce and the need for reliable global transportation solutions. The addition of these freighters is expected to optimize cargo operations, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods across international destinations.

With over 265 deliveries worldwide, it stands as Boeing’s best-selling freighter airplane, reinforcing Boeing’s leadership in the global cargo airplane market, where it provides over 90% of dedicated freighter capacity.
