Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) has revealed that Patricia Corsi will assume the role of Chief Growth Officer at Kimberly-Clark starting July 1, 2024. This appointment follows the decision of Alison Lewis to retire from the company after an illustrious 35-year career in the consumer products industry, with the last five years spent at Kimberly-Clark. Lewis will remain in an advisory capacity until September 1, 2024, ensuring a seamless transition.
Corsi comes to Kimberly-Clark from Bayer Consumer Health, where she held the position of Chief Marketing, IT, and Digital Officer. During her tenure at Bayer, Corsi spearheaded a diverse range of brand and commercial teams while overseeing the IT and Digital departments. Notably, she played a pivotal role in driving Bayer Consumer Health’s sales growth through an innovative pipeline of margin accretive products. Corsi’s achievements were recognized in 2023 when she was honored as one of the Top Chief Marketing Officers by Cannes Lions and inducted into the World Advertising Federation (WFA) Marketer of the Year Hall of Fame. Additionally, she received acclaim as an Adweek (AW) Brand Genius.
