Additionally, Peter Chapman has been nominated for re-election as a Category III director, with his new position taking effect upon re-election.

Both Peter Chapman and Harry You will retain their current roles within the company, with Peter Chapman serving as CEO and Harry You serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the IonQ Board of Directors.
