He served as operations manager at NN Inc., where he played a pivotal role in streamlining production processes and enhancing manufacturing capabilities. He also worked as a production manager with APS Technology, where he contributed to advancing product development and operational efficiencies.
His extensive experience also includes leadership roles within MW Components, a company known for its high-precision components serving medical, aerospace, and industrial markets. Within MW Components, Ruiz took on significant responsibilities at Paragon Medical and Connecticut Plastics divisions, both of which are recognized for their precision engineering and commitment to quality.
His most recent position was General Manager at MW Components’ RAF Electronic Hardware division, the nation’s leading supplier of electronic hardware, threaded inserts for plastic applications, and high-volume screw machine products. In this role, he successfully oversaw complex manufacturing processes, implemented Lean Manufacturing strategies, and ensured high standards of product quality and operational efficiency.
