
Wipro will bring its deep industry expertise, AI-based solutions, and design-driven approach to drive innovation under a multi-year contract that marks a significant turning point in Odido’s IT strategy.
Wipro Limited. a leader in artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology services and consulting, today announced the signing of a multi-year contract with Odido Netherlands BV* to transform its IT environment and enhance the customer experience in its enterprise and consumer segments.
By combining AI and deep consulting expertise, Wipro will help Odido improve customer engagement and satisfaction, increase productivity, and streamline operations to reduce costs. One of the advantages of this multi-year contract is the use of a self-financing model, in which savings achieved through increased productivity are reinvested to continuously fund new digital initiatives, ensuring that innovation remains both sustainable and scalable.
Under this contract, Wipro will fundamentally modernize Odido’s digital and enterprise technology environment, while promoting IT simplification and automation. This transformation, supported by Wipro’s AI delivery platforms, WEGA and WINGS —part of Wipro Intelligence™ , Wipro’s unified suite of transformative AI-powered platforms, solutions, and offerings—will enable Odido to create and manage a dynamic ecosystem of agent-driven solutions and services. These will help improve the reliability of the company’s services, IT operations, and incident resolution rates.
In addition, Wipro’s AI-based conversational chat solution will improve the responsiveness and resilience of Odido’s technology ecosystem by providing contextualized, multilingual, and conversational self-service capabilities.
Wipro’s experience-driven studio model, powered by Designit, will be at the heart of this collaboration. By integrating Wipro’s design studio with its development, design, and engineering teams, user and business needs will be identified early on and seamlessly translated into solutions delivered quickly and with excellence. This collaboration will enable Odido to accelerate time to market and consistently deliver high-quality digital experiences.
