Waters Corporation announced today the appointment of Heather Knight to its Board of Directors, effective August 14, 2024. Ms. Knight is currently the Executive Vice President and Group President of Medical Products and Therapies at Baxter International.
“Heather is a distinguished leader with decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, known for her success in driving growth and innovation,” stated Dr. Flemming Ornskov, Chair of the Board. “Her expertise will add to the diverse skills and backgrounds of our Board members, playing a crucial role in our strategic oversight and enhancing shareholder value.”

Ms. Knight brings nearly 30 years of global business and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, with a strong record of driving execution, business transformation, and portfolio innovation. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Buffalo.
