Suzuki Unveils Lineup for Japan Mobility Show 2025

Suzuki Motor Corporation has announced an impressive lineup of exhibits for the upcoming Japan Mobility Show 2025, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from October 30 to November 9, 2025. The company’s participation underscores its ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and human-centered design. Under the booth theme “By Your Side,” Suzuki aims to highlight how its evolving technologies and mobility solutions are designed to support customers in every aspect of life—on land and water, and in the communities they serve.

A Theme That Reflects Connection and Innovation

The “By Your Side” theme builds on Suzuki’s corporate slogan introduced in its latest Mid-Term Management Plan earlier this year. It represents an evolution from the company’s previous theme—“For the WORLD, PASSION to create A new ANSWER”—to a more personal, customer-focused message: “For YOU, PASSION to create A new ANSWER.” This shift emphasizes Suzuki’s dedication to developing mobility solutions tailored to individual lifestyles, needs, and regional challenges.

At the 2025 show, Suzuki will showcase technologies that reinforce its position as a comprehensive mobility manufacturer, with exhibits ranging from electric minicars and motorcycles to next-generation personal mobility devices and marine engines. The company’s display will also feature sustainable energy solutions, including developments in Compressed Biomethane Gas (CBG) and electric mobility base units.

Highlight Exhibits in Automobiles

One of the star attractions is the Vision e-Sky, a battery electric vehicle (BEV) minicar concept designed to offer everyday practicality with environmental consciousness. Expected to be commercialized by FY2026, the Vision e-Sky is aimed at customers who rely on compact vehicles for commuting, errands, and leisure drives. With a range exceeding 270 km, and a cheerful design built around the theme of “Unique, Smart, Positive,” it represents Suzuki’s signature blend of efficiency and charm.

Also on display will be the e EVERY CONCEPT, a mini-commercial BEV van co-developed by Suzuki, Daihatsu, and Toyota. This collaboration highlights the automakers’ shared commitment to supporting local communities through sustainable mobility. The e EVERY features a powerful and quiet EV drivetrain and can serve as an emergency power source during disasters—showcasing Suzuki’s approach to functional innovation.

Suzuki will also present the Fronx FFV Concept, a Flexible Fuel Vehicle that utilizes ethanol-blended fuels as part of Suzuki’s multi-pathway carbon neutrality strategy. The model reflects Suzuki’s vision to offer diverse energy solutions adapted to regional needs.

Among the production vehicles on display will be the all-new e Vitara, X Bee, Jimny Nomade, and Spacia, further reinforcing Suzuki’s growing electric and hybrid portfolio.

Motorcycles: Electrification Meets Emotion

Suzuki’s motorcycle section will highlight its innovative approach to electric two-wheel mobility, blending nostalgia with new technology.

The e-VanVan concept—based on Suzuki’s beloved 1970s leisure bike—embodies the spirit of playfulness with modern EV engineering. Featuring creative digital graphics and a compact design (1,810 mm length, 825 mm width), it reimagines the joy of riding in a carbon-neutral era.

The company will also showcase pre-production models of the GSX-8T and GSX-8TT, neo-retro motorcycles derived from the GSX-8S platform. These middleweight bikes combine modern electronic controls with vintage-inspired aesthetics, offering both excitement and reliability for a new generation of riders.

Another highlight is the e-PO, a foldable electric bike designed for urban flexibility. Straddling the line between an e-bike and a small electric motorcycle, it provides both pedal-assisted propulsion and throttle-only operation, with a range of over 30 km—ideal for city commuting or leisure travel.

Making its Japan debut is the e-Address, Suzuki’s first global strategic BEV scooter, previously unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in India. Equivalent to a 125cc scooter, it offers an 80 km range (WMTC mode), refined styling, and smooth acceleration—perfect for daily urban commuting with zero emissions.

Compact and Next-Generation Mobility

Expanding beyond traditional vehicles, Suzuki will present its next evolution of personal mobility with the MOQBA 2, an upgraded version of the four-legged mobility concept first shown in 2023. The MOQBA 2 features enhanced adaptability and can serve multiple purposes, such as delivery and transportation applications, demonstrating Suzuki’s creative approach to robotics and mobility assistance.

Also featured is the SUZU-RIDE 2, a compact electric personal mobility vehicle that combines practicality with a joyful design. Evolved from its predecessor, this model caters to both personal and professional users who want a fun, easy, and environmentally friendly way to move around town.

Outboard Motors and Marine Sustainability

Celebrating 60 years of Suzuki outboard motors, the exhibit will pay tribute to the company’s legacy in marine engineering. Visitors can see Suzuki’s first outboard motor, the D55 (1965), alongside its latest flagship, the DF350A, symbolizing decades of progress from innovation to reliability.

A special section will also highlight the Suzuki Clean Ocean Project, launched in 2020 to combat marine plastic pollution. This initiative includes the development of the Microplastic Collection Device, incorporated into models like the DF140B. Informative panels and videos will showcase Suzuki’s global efforts in ocean cleanup and sustainable packaging.

Future Mobility Collaboration

In collaboration with Glydways, a U.S.-based mobility startup, Suzuki will display the “Glydcar”—an autonomous, electric, minicar-sized transport vehicle designed for on-demand urban mobility. This partnership aims to address congestion and reduce infrastructure costs in cities worldwide by deploying smart, connected, and efficient urban transit systems.

A Glimpse of Suzuki’s Future Vision

Suzuki’s exhibit at the Japan Mobility Show 2025 will not just be a showcase of vehicles—it’s a manifesto for sustainable, people-centered innovation. From compact electric minicars and motorcycles to robotic mobility and marine environmental efforts, the brand underscores its mission to be “By Your Side”—delivering solutions that enhance everyday life while contributing to a cleaner, more connected world.

With its expansive and visionary lineup, Suzuki reaffirms its role as a leader in accessible, innovative, and eco-friendly mobility that bridges the gap between technology, environment, and humanity.
