Strong Momentum in Poland: New TruckTraining Center Launches as ShowTruck Campaign Begins

Daimler Truck Poland Accelerates Growth with New Training Center and Nationwide ShowTruck Campaign

In a significant move aimed at strengthening its presence in Poland and deepening its commitment to service excellence, Daimler Truck Poland officially inaugurated its brand-new TruckTraining Center in May. Situated in Nadarzyn, a strategic location just outside Warsaw, this modern training hub is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of Daimler Truck personnel and partners while also supporting evolving technologies such as electromobility. The facility’s opening was marked by a dual celebration that included the ceremonial handover of 75 new Mercedes-Benz Actros L ProCabin demonstration trucks to sales consultants as part of a large-scale national ShowTruck campaign.

A Modern Hub for Training and Development

The newly established TruckTraining Center represents a major milestone for Daimler Truck Poland’s long-term strategic growth. Located conveniently along the S8 highway, one of the country’s key transport arteries, the center ensures excellent accessibility for staff, partners, and visitors traveling from across Poland.

Covering a total area of 700 square meters, the facility is comprehensively equipped to meet the wide-ranging training needs of the Daimler Truck ecosystem. The center features two classrooms dedicated to theoretical training, a room optimized for e-learning modules, and a spacious hall specifically designed for practical, hands-on service training. These well-equipped spaces will serve not only internal Daimler Truck employees but also external stakeholders such as bodybuilders, fleet operators, professional drivers, and customers seeking to deepen their understanding of truck operations and maintenance.

What sets this center apart is its origin and transformation. The facility previously housed the TruckStore, Daimler Truck’s pre-owned vehicle program which offered inspected, certified trucks with warranties. Recognizing the potential of the site, the company undertook a thorough modernization process, upgrading the building’s infrastructure and amenities to support its new role as an educational and technological resource center.

One forward-looking element of the facility’s design is its readiness to support electromobility. The existing electric infrastructure allows for the future integration of charging stations for battery-electric trucks, which aligns with Daimler Truck’s commitment to zero-emission transport solutions. Plans are already underway to expand this capability, ensuring the training center can support practical demonstrations and servicing of electric vehicles in real-world conditions.

The ShowTruck Campaign: Bringing Innovation to the Road

Coinciding with the inauguration of the training center, Daimler Truck Poland launched its ambitious ShowTruck campaign—a nationwide customer engagement initiative featuring 75 brand-new Mercedes-Benz Actros L ProCabin trucks. These demonstration vehicles were ceremonially presented to the sales consultants from the company’s Polish dealership network during the opening event.

Truck

The Actros L ProCabin is a flagship model that reflects the pinnacle of Daimler Truck’s innovation, comfort, and operational efficiency. These are equipped with advanced features tailored to long-distance haulage, including cutting-edge safety technologies, enhanced driver comfort, and fuel-efficient drivetrains. The ProCabin configuration, in particular, offers optimized aerodynamics and interior ergonomics, making it an ideal choice for fleet operators who prioritize both performance and driver satisfaction.

At the Nadarzyn site, the 75 trucks were neatly aligned in formation, creating a powerful visual statement of Daimler commitment to excellence. Following a brief ceremony, each vehicle was handed over to a designated sales consultant. From there, they immediately departed to be stationed at various dealership branches across the country. Going forward, these will be made available to interested customers for test drives and evaluations, offering a hands-on experience of the Actros L ProCabin’s capabilities.

Strategic Synergy Between Training and Customer Engagement

The simultaneous launch of the Training Center and the ShowTruck campaign reflects Daimler Poland’s holistic approach to business development. By investing in both internal capabilities and external outreach, the company is creating a synergy that reinforces brand trust, technical competence, and product confidence in the Polish market.

Przemyslaw Rajewski, CEO of Daimler Poland, emphasized the significance of this dual initiative:

We are very proud of these two interlinked projects. On the one hand, with 75 Actros L ProCabin Show, we are providing a strong fleet of modern test vehicles that are available to all sales consultants in our dealer network in Poland—and thus also to customers. Secondly, we are opening a new location for training and education. There we want to further strengthen the knowledge and skills of our employees and partners in Daimler sales and service—especially with regard to electromobility.”

Rajewski further noted that the training center will play a central role in supporting customers as they transition to new technologies:

At the same time, we are supporting customers and drivers with further test programs and accompanying existing tests. The Training Center in Nadarzyn will be our central location for everything to do with the operation and efficiency of our vehicles—whether with combustion engines or electric motors.”

This integrated approach reflects Daimler broader global strategy of customer-focused innovation, skills development, and sustainable transport solutions.

Building a Competitive Edge with Product Excellence

The Actros L ProCabin trucks at the heart of the Show campaign are expected to significantly strengthen customer outreach efforts in Poland. By enabling customers to experience the full potential of Daimler latest technology firsthand, the company hopes to accelerate market adoption and build lasting customer relationships.

Igor Kaczorkiewicz, Head of Product & Marketing and PR at Daimler Poland, elaborated on the role the campaign plays in shaping perceptions:

The high degree of maturity of our product and its associated economic potential gives us a real market advantage—and with the test program of the Show campaign, we want to convince our customers that they too can be one step ahead of the competition with the new Mercedes-Benz Actros L ProCabin.”

By giving customers direct access to test vehicles and pairing that experience with the technical expertise developed at the new training center, Daimler Poland aims to create a competitive ecosystem that supports both operational excellence and informed purchasing decisions.

A Vision for the Future

With these new initiatives, Daimler Poland is laying the groundwork for a stronger, more future-ready organization. The training center not only supports the upskilling of employees and partners but also prepares the company for the challenges of decarbonization, digitalization, and customer-centric innovation. Meanwhile, the Show campaign is expected to deepen customer engagement, spark interest in new technologies, and boost market confidence in the Mercedes-Benz portfolio.

Together, these developments signal a clear commitment: Daimler is not only investing in infrastructure and technology, but also in people—those who sell, service, and drive the trucks. In doing so, the company is positioning itself as a long-term partner in shaping the future of commercial transport in Poland and beyond.
