STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION, a leading provider of smart vehicle power access, security, and authorization solutions for the global automotive industry, has announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Matthew Pauli as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 13, 2024. Pauli will succeed Dennis Bowe, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition.

Mr. Pauli joins STRATTEC with over 20 years of financial management experience, having led and developed finance teams, instilled financial discipline, and driven value creation. He most recently served as Executive Advisor and Chief Financial Officer at CentroMotion, where he implemented forecasting and reporting processes, improved global spend visibility, and led initiatives to increase working capital velocity. Prior to that, Pauli held key finance roles at Enerpac (NYSE: EPAC), including Corporate Controller/Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance for the Engineered Components & Systems segment. Pauli began his career at Ernst & Young and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
