Davis-Standard, a portfolio company of Gamut Capital Management, is excited to announce the appointment of Steve Andrews as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Andrews, who has served as the Executive Chairman of the board since early 2024, brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in driving operational and commercial success.

Prior to his tenure at Davis-Standard, Mr. Andrews held several key leadership positions across various industrial sectors and international markets. Most recently, he was the President and CEO of Briggs & Stratton, the largest global producer of engines for outdoor power equipment. Before that, he served as CEO at other private equity-backed companies, including International Equipment Solutions and Pettibone Group. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Mr. Andrews is highly regarded for his ability to steer complex organizations through strategic growth and integration initiatives.
