Otis Worldwide Corporation , a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service, is set to provide its latest smart, energy-efficient elevator solutions for Arte Star—a high-end residential development located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. To support this vision, Otis will install a total of 23 elevator systems—22 units of its high-speed SkyRise® elevators and one unit of its digitally connected Gen3™ elevator—by the year 2027. The company will also be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing support of Arte Star’s vertical mobility systems through 2029, ensuring long-term reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
