To mark its 100th Anniversary, Kleenex® is partnering with Jenna Bush Hager to support schools in need. In celebration of a century of shared moments, Kleenex invites the public to nominate schools for a chance to win $100,000 in school supplies through DonorsChoose. An additional 100 schools will receive $4,000 in DonorsChoose credits.
Teachers often spend their own money on classroom essentials, averaging $610 annually. As budgets shrink, Kleenex aims to alleviate some of this burden by funding supplies and technology, creating environments where both teachers and students can excel.
From now until August 26, 2024, you can visit kleenex100years.com to nominate a deserving school. Schools will be assessed based on educational needs, effort, and enthusiasm for their project.
Jenna Bush Hager, a former teacher, emphasizes the importance of classroom essentials, stating, “I’m excited to partner with Kleenex to celebrate their 100th anniversary and support teachers and students. These donations will create environments where both can thrive.”
Kleenex, through a four-year partnership with DonorsChoose, has donated over $4.5 million to support 23,000 projects and 13,000 schools. This year, Kleenex is contributing $750,000 to be distributed among the winning schools and via a promotional campaign.
