Strengthening the Sales Team with Experienced Leaders

Rebecca Nauman-Bailey: Regional Sales Manager – Central

Rebecca Nauman-Bailey, who has been with Klauer for six years, steps into the role of Regional Sales Manager – Central. She previously served as the Customer Service and Strategic Account Manager, a position that allowed her to work across multiple departments and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations. Her diverse experience in customer service, strategic planning, and collaboration has equipped her with the skills necessary to lead a team of company and independent sales representatives in her new role.

Nauman-Bailey is a graduate of Columbia College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on experience at Klauer, positions her well to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. In addition to leading her sales team, she will focus on serving the manufactured housing industry, an important segment of Klauer’s market.

Mike Alfaro: Regional Sales Manager – Eastern

Bringing over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Mike Alfaro joins Klauer Manufacturing as the new Regional Sales Manager – Eastern. His extensive background spans multiple facets of the building materials sector, including lumber and millwork, windows and doors, roofing, and now steel siding. Throughout his career, Alfaro has demonstrated a strong ability to drive business development, expand market share, and foster lasting customer relationships.

In his new role, Alfaro will oversee sales operations and business development in the Eastern U.S. region. He will be responsible for managing a team of company and independent sales representatives, directing their efforts toward achieving revenue growth and strengthening Klauer’s market presence. With his wealth of industry experience, Alfaro is expected to play a crucial role in expanding the company’s customer base and reinforcing its reputation as a trusted supplier of premium steel siding products.

Ryan Swan: Territory Manager – Montana, Wyoming, and the Pacific Northwest

Ryan Swan joins Klauer Manufacturing as a Territory Manager, bringing a strong background in territory management and distribution. Before joining Klauer, Swan held key roles at Therma-Tru Doors and Lansing Building Products, where he gained valuable experience in sales management and distribution branch operations. His knowledge of the industry and expertise in managing sales territories will be instrumental in growing Klauer’s presence in Montana, Wyoming, and the Pacific Northwest.

As Territory Manager, Swan will be responsible for developing new business relationships and strengthening existing customer partnerships in his assigned regions. His goal will be to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining the high standards of service and quality that Klauer Manufacturing is known for.

Tim Hatcher: Territory Manager – Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois

Tim Hatcher, a long-time Klauer employee, has taken on the role of Territory Manager, overseeing sales efforts in Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Hatcher’s journey with Klauer began in 1997 when he joined the company’s SnoGo division, which was responsible for manufacturing the historical rotary snow removal machine. Over the years, he transitioned through various roles, gaining valuable experience in production, inside sales, and purchasing coordination.

Most recently, Hatcher served as the Purchasing Coordinator, managing Klauer’s steel and aluminum inventory. His deep understanding of the company’s operations, combined with his extensive experience in sales and customer relations, makes him an excellent fit for the Territory Manager role. In this capacity, Hatcher will focus on strengthening relationships with customers and driving sales growth in his assigned regions.
