This designation acknowledges ITT’s steadfast commitment to hiring and nurturing military community members. VETS Indexes, an esteemed independent provider of Environmental, Social, and Governance indexes focusing on organizations supporting veterans and their families, conferred this honor upon ITT.
ITT’s achievement as a 3-Star Employer stems from its exemplary performance across five veteran-specific categories: development and retention, policies and culture, recruiting and hiring, guard and reserve support, and military spouse and family support. Previously holding the Recognized Employer status since 2022, ITT has consistently demonstrated its dedication to supporting the military community.

Recently approved by the U.S. Department of Defense as a SkillBridge industry partner, ITT offers internship opportunities to service members transitioning out of the military.
