(“Brawner”). This marks the 81st acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO, respectively. Established in 1946 by Thom Brawner, Brawner Paper Company has played a pivotal role in the paper and janitorial supply industry for over 70 years. Following Thom Brawner’s tenure, Leonard Beasley led the company until his passing in 2016. Currently, under the ownership of Nell Harris and her team, the company maintains its commitment to providing exceptional service to its numerous customers in the greater Houston area.
