Generational Group, a leading M&A advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of Concordia Technologies to Special Aerospace Services (SAS), a platform backed by Godspeed Capital Management. The acquisition, which closed on October 24, 2024, positions SAS as a leader in hypersonic weapons and missile defense systems.
Based in Huntsville, Alabama, Concordia Technologies specializes in advanced engineering, modeling and simulation, and rapid prototyping for national defense and aerospace missions. Headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, SAS also has offices in Colorado and California. Godspeed Capital, a private equity firm focused on the defense and government services sector, supported the acquisition. The firm invests alongside management teams to foster growth through innovative partnerships and flexible capital solutions. The transaction enhances SAS’s position as a key player in the missile defense and hypersonic weapons sectors, supporting U.S. defense and space efforts.
