
Faraday Future Secures B2B Deal for 600 FX Super One MPVs with New PBB Auto, Eyes Expansion in Los Angeles
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI), the California-based electric mobility innovator, has taken another step forward in expanding its commercial footprint by announcing a significant new business-to-business (B2B) agreement. The company has signed a binding deposit deal with New PBB Auto Inc., a well-established automotive sales and services provider in the Los Angeles area, to reserve up to 600 units of Faraday Future’s upcoming FX Super One MPV.
This newly signed agreement underscores growing market interest in the FX Super One, a next-generation multi-purpose electric vehicle (MPV) that blends intelligent mobility with luxury design and technology. The deal includes a $60,000 non-refundable deposit made by New PBB Auto, which secures priority access to as many as 180 FX vehicles for customers it designates, contingent on additional payments. The remaining portion of the 600 units reserved under this agreement represents potential orders that may be placed as New PBB Auto continues to build customer interest.
The FX Super One has generated considerable attention for its design and positioning in the premium MPV segment. The vehicle will be offered as a fully electric model at launch, with a version featuring Faraday Future’s proprietary super AI hybrid extended range (AIHER) powertrain to follow. The first production units are expected to roll off the assembly line by the end of 2025, making the FX Super One a key pillar of Faraday Future’s return-to-market strategy.
For Faraday Future, this agreement not only provides a pipeline of potential sales but also creates a deeper partnership opportunity in one of the most important markets for electric vehicles: California.
