Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIE), a California-based company dedicated to creating a global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem, announced its recent participation in the 22nd SongZhuMei Thousand People Picnic. This co-creation event was organized by the Chinese University Alumni Association Alliance of Southern California and took place on Saturday, October 12, at the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area in South El Monte, a suburb of Los Angeles.
The event attracted nearly a thousand alumni and their families from various Chinese universities across Southern California. Attendees included a diverse mix of entrepreneurs, investors, bankers, distinguished lawyers, professors, doctors, artists, and other elite professionals.
The Alumni Alliance coordinated the event in collaboration with U.S. alumni associations from Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Shantou University, Shandong University, and Sun Yat-sen University.
As a co-creation partner, Faraday Future showcased the FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance, offering attendees a unique product experience that garnered significant interest and praise from participants.
Founded in 2002 by the alumni associations of Peking University, Jiaotong University, and Tsinghua University, the SongZhuMei Picnic has evolved over the past two decades into the most influential alumni gathering in Southern California. It acts as a vital link for alumni from universities in Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, while serving as a premier communication platform for the Chinese community in the region.
Li Shan, Chair of the SongZhuMei Picnic Organizing Committee and President of the Alumni Alliance, expressed gratitude for Faraday Future’s involvement, stating, We are incredibly grateful for Faraday Future’s strong support as a co-creation partner.
