DEWALT Announces Grant Recipients to Support Trade Industry Growth

In celebration of National Tradesperson Day, DEWALT, a Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) brand and leader in jobsite solutions, announced the awarding of nearly $4 million in Grow the Trades Grants to 166 organizations. This initiative is part of DEWALT’s $30 million commitment by 2027 to address the skilled trades gap by improving access to training and resources. DEWALT is also encouraging high school seniors to apply for the 2025 DEWALT Trades Scholarship, aimed at those enrolling in accredited two-year colleges, apprenticeship programs, or vocational technical schools.

“With 500,000 construction jobs currently open nationwide, DEWALT is dedicated to supporting organizations that share our mission of empowering the next generation of tradespeople,” said Frank Mannarino, President and General Manager of DEWALT. “The Grow the Trades program funds vocational training and reskilling programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for the skilled trades industry.”
