Spanning an area of approximately 500 square meters, the facility includes a 3D dashboard for real-time monitoring, modular production lines, and space for equipment testing, offering a controlled environment where customers can simulate real-world conditions and accelerate deployment strategies.

A highlight of the new center is the establishment of the Delta & NVIDIA Cyber-Physical Integration Classroom, a cutting-edge collaboration that combines Delta’s industrial automation know-how with NVIDIA’s advanced AI and simulation technologies. This classroom will serve as an educational and development platform, facilitating the worldwide adoption of digital twin and AI model applications.

The collaboration includes the use of the NVIDIA Omniverse, a platform for building and operating metaverse applications, and Isaac Sim, NVIDIA’s robotics simulation application. These tools enable users to simulate production environments and robotic systems in digital spaces before deploying them in real-world operations, thus reducing errors, improving design quality, and speeding up time to market.

Participants in the Cyber-Physical Integration Classroom will benefit from tiered training modules, addressing issues ranging from machine integration challenges to optimizing production recipes using AI models.
