Cintas Directors Recognized on the List of Most Influential Corporate Leaders

Beverly K. Carmichael and Gerald S. Adolph, both esteemed members of Cintas Corporation’s Board of Directors, have earned a spot on Savoy Magazine’s 2024 list of Most Influential Corporate Directors. Savoy, a leading publication that highlights African American lifestyle, culture, and business, curated this list to honor influential leaders pivotal to the advancement and success of major global organizations.

Scott D. Farmer, Executive Chairman of Cintas, praised the recognition: “This accolade reflects the exceptional leadership Beverly and Gerald have demonstrated at Cintas. Carmichael joined the Cintas Board in January 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in human resources and employment law. She has a proven track record in enhancing employee and customer experiences and driving corporate performance. Prior to her role at Cintas, Carmichael served as Executive Vice President, Chief People, Culture, and Resource Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers from 2017 to 2019. Her extensive career includes leadership roles at Ticketmaster, Rockwell Collins, Southwest Airlines, and a tenure as a practicing attorney at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.

Carmichael expressed her gratitude, stating, “Being named to this list is a tremendous honor, especially given the remarkable directors across the globe. I’m particularly thrilled to be recognized as a director at Cintas, a company I’ve admired for years due to my previous work with its clients. Gerald S. Adolph

Adolph has been a member of the Cintas Board since 2006 and currently chairs the Compensation Committee. He previously served as a Senior Partner at Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) from 1981 to 2016, where he held various leadership roles, including Worldwide Chemicals Practice Leader, Worldwide Consumer and Health Practice Leader, and Global Mergers and Restructuring Practice Leader.

Adolph shared his appreciation for the recognition: “Being featured on Savoy’s list is an incredible honor.
