BiOWiSH Technologies, Inc. has announced that BiOWiSH® Crop Liquid has obtained regulatory approval from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) for use in agricultural production. Alongside this CFIA certification, ADM is now distributing BiOWiSH® Enhanced Fertilizer at five new terminals across the U.S. and Canada, with four additional locations to be added later this year.

The BiOWiSH® Fertilizer Enhancement is a blend of proprietary microbial cultures, either coated onto dry fertilizer or mixed with liquid fertilizer, creating an enhanced efficiency product. It is applied directly by the fertilizer supplier, arriving on-farm ready for use.
Available through ADM, the BiOWiSH® Fertilizer Enhancement can be added to Urea, Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP), Diammonium Phosphate (DAP), UAN, NPK blends, and more. This product enhances the partnership between plants and soil microbes, optimizing nutrient uptake and yield potential.
Proven to deliver consistent results across various conditions, climates, and environments, BiOWiSH® Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizer offers a cost-effective solution for farmers. A meta-analysis of profit changes for replicated cereal grain studies showed that the BiOWiSH® Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizer increased profits by $50 per acre for wheat and $58 per acre for corn, using USA 5-year (2018-2023) commodity value ranges ($/bu). When paired with the ADM reprogram, which rewards farmers for climate-smart practices, wheat and corn growers could earn an additional $2 per acre.
