Since initiating this effort two years ago, the company has transformed 359 products, eliminating 432 metric tons of Debuts virgin plastics. In 2025, several of Belkin’s most popular chargers and cables will be updated with housings composed of 85-90% PCR materials. These enhancements align with the Global Debuts Recycling Standard, ensuring adherence to high environmental standards.
The Belkin Debuts transition to PCR materials is more Belkin Debuts than an eco-friendly gesture; it significantly reduces CO2-equivalent emissions by up to 84.8% for these product materials. Additionally, these products will be packaged in plastic-free packaging to Belkin Debuts further minimize environmental impact.
