Advance Auto Parts Honors OSRAM Sylvania as Global Vendor Partner of the Year 2025

One of North America’s leading automotive aftermarket parts providers serving both professional installers and do-it-yourself customers, has named OSRAM Sylvania Inc. its 2025 Vendor of the Year. The award was presented during “Accelerate,” Advance Auto Parts’ annual vendor appreciation and field leadership kickoff event, held in Orlando, Florida. The gathering brings together key vendors and internal teams to energize execution of the company’s strategic priorities while recognizing partners that deliver meaningful value to the business and its customers. In addition to OSRAM Sylvania, nine other vendors were honored for their outstanding contributions during the year.

Advance Auto Parts highlighted OSRAM Sylvania’s strong collaboration across multiple areas of the organization, including stores, supply chain, inventory, marketing, and merchandising. According to Bruce Starnes, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchant at Advance Auto Parts, OSRAM Sylvania’s partnership stood out due to its proactive, solution-oriented mindset. He emphasized that the company’s “yes-we-can” approach has played a critical role in helping Advance team members serve customers efficiently and get vehicles back on the road. Starnes congratulated OSRAM Sylvania on earning the top vendor honor and noted that Advance looks forward to expanding the partnership and driving mutual sales growth in 2026.

Alongside the overall Vendor of the Year recognition, Advance Auto Parts presented a series of category-specific awards to partners that demonstrated excellence in their respective areas. GSP was named Pro Vendor of the Year for its strong support of the professional installer business, helping Advance grow while consistently prioritizing customer needs and working collaboratively across functions.

Valvoline Global earned the 2025 DIY Vendor of the Year award, reflecting its role in driving business growth through innovative product launches, data-driven category management insights, and engaging promotional opportunities that resonated with do-it-yourself customers.

The Vendor Rep of the Year honor went to Tasco, which was recognized for exemplary collaboration and a commitment to strengthening its relationship with Advance. Tasco was praised for creating new opportunities, maintaining consistent communication, and demonstrating exceptional follow-through in support of shared success.

Winhere Brakes received the 2025 Visionary Vendor of the Year award for setting a high standard in product quality and reliability while proactively supporting Advance’s broader business objectives. Its willingness to step up and contribute beyond expectations distinguished it as a benchmark partner.

GRI Engineering (Back Room) was recognized in two categories, earning both Supply Chain Vendor of the Year and Inventory Vendor of the Year honors. GRI Engineering was credited with improving key supply chain and inventory performance metrics through operational excellence, consistent service-level performance, and a proactive approach to implementing change.

In the front-room inventory category, Amalie was named 2025 Inventory Vendor of the Year, reflecting its best-in-class execution, efficient logistics, and flexible, collaborative approach. Advance noted that Amalie’s adaptability and engagement were central to its strong performance.

Premium Guard received the 2025 E-Commerce Vendor of the Year award for its commitment to delivering high-quality digital content and customer experience. The company was recognized for ensuring content accuracy and completeness, as well as for maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the creation of new digital assets.

The 2025 Content Vendor of the Year award was jointly presented to Motorad and Josco. Working closely together, both companies demonstrated a proactive and responsive approach, producing high-quality content that enhanced the experience for both customers and store team members.

Rounding out the awards, GlueIQ was named 2025 Marketing Vendor of the Year. Advance Auto Parts recognized GlueIQ for its strategic vision, creative excellence, and collaborative spirit, noting that the partner played a key role in driving transformative growth and elevating the Advance brand across multiple channels through seamless integration of strategy and creative execution.
