This acquisition will accelerate NTT DATA’s cloud strategy, enabling the company to meet the increasing global demand for transformative cloud solutions across various industries and strengthening its position as a premier global systems integrator for Google Cloud. Upon completion of the transaction, Niveus Solutions—recognized for its expertise in Google Cloud—will add 1,000 GCP engineers specializing in cloud modernization, data engineering, and AI to NTT DATA’s Google Cloud Business Unit.
With a strong presence in financial services, manufacturing, automotive, retail, and logistics, Niveus Solutions will enhance NTT DATA’s ability to deliver tailored industry-specific cloud platforms, enabling rapid development of custom use cases. These additional capabilities will strengthen NTT DATA’s capacity to address complex client challenges and provide scalable, secure, and industry-focused cloud solutions worldwide.
