Generational Capital Markets, a leading advisor for privately held businesses and a member of FINRA/SIPC, has successfully facilitated the sale of BMF Metal Fabrication, LLC to Webco Manufacturing, Inc. The transaction was finalized on November 1, 2024.
Based in Winfield, Missouri, BMF Metal Fabrication specializes in precision metal fabrication, working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to provide rapid quotes and industry-leading turnaround times. The company offers a wide range of services, including sheet and plate laser cutting, precision forming, MIG and TIG welding, spot welding, light machining, hardware insertion, and assembly. Catering to both high-volume and short-run projects, BMF also offers finishing services like powder coating and plating, delivering fully finished parts. Known for its industry-leading lead times, BMF prides itself on producing parts in hours or days, ensuring fast and efficient delivery to clients.
Webco Manufacturing, headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, has been a leader in the precision metal fabrication industry for over 40 years, serving sectors such as aviation ground support, construction equipment, industrial cooling, mining, structural products, rail, trucking, and data centers. Since transitioning to a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2005, Webco has cultivated a company culture focused on aligning employee interests with business success, fostering collective responsibility and dedication.
