Key Highlights from the 2023 ESG Report include:
- Safety: Strengthened safety programs led to an improvement in the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), which remains well below industry standards.
- Sustainability: The company diverted 87% of waste from landfills and exceeded the trucking industry’s fuel efficiency average by 7%. Its energy-efficient products help customers reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Community Impact: Through the Home for Good project, the company has contributed $3.4 million in product and cash donations for affordable housing. Since 2016, Cornerstone has helped build over 720 homes in 135 communities.
- Innovation: New initiatives were launched to optimize processes, enabling the delivery of high-quality, sustainable exterior building products.
