goBeyondProfit, a pioneering initiative that champions business generosity, has honored Atlanta-based fab’rik and its Founder and CEO, Dana Spinola, with the goBeyondProfit Champion Award. Since its inception in 2002, fab’rik has been dedicated to making every woman feel beautiful, transforming from a passion project into a thriving company with over 300 employees and 30 franchise locations nationwide. The company was chosen by fellow Georgia business leaders for its commitment to integrating purpose into its business model and enhancing the lives of countless women both in-store and in the broader community.
Dana Spinola, Founder and CEO of fab’rik, shared, “fab’rik was established with a simple yet profound mission: to provide a space where women can find joy and confidence, see their own beauty, and perhaps even inspire change in the world.” She added, “Our team works every day to make women feel beautiful, one piece of fabric at a time.”
In 2009, Spinola deepened the company’s mission by founding free fab’rik, a nonprofit that creates entirely free boutiques within safe houses and homeless shelters to restore strength, dignity, and hope for all women.
