With a rich background spanning over 16 years in corporate law, Nancy brings extensive experience in navigating intricate legal landscapes and driving pivotal deals to her new role at Velo3D.

In her capacity, Nancy will report directly to the CEO, overseeing all legal aspects at Velo3D, including managing board processes, supporting SEC and public company compliance, contract management, and intellectual property oversight. This appointment comes on the heels of several strategic initiatives by Velo3D, marking its evolution as an organization poised for further growth.

Before joining Velo3D, Nancy held the position of General Counsel at Jelly Belly Candy Company, where she played a key role in facilitating the company’s acquisition by Ferrara Candy Co. She has a proven track record of overseeing legal functions, ensuring corporate compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing profitability. Her previous roles at Big Heart Pet Brands and AXA Advisors also underscore her involvement in significant transactions and compliance program development.
Nancy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She actively contributes to various boards, including the California Grocers Association, California Manufacturers & Technology Association, and Evisort.
