REV Group Appoints Linas Polteraitis as Chief Supply Chain Officer

REV Group Elevates Linas Polteraitis to Chief Supply Chain Officer as Company Strengthens Operational Leadership

REV Group, Inc. (NYSE: REVG), a prominent manufacturer of specialty vehicles serving vital markets including emergency services, recreation, and commercial transportation, has announced the promotion of Linas Polteraitis to the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO). This strategic leadership move comes less than a year after Polteraitis joined the company as Vice President of Supply Chain, reflecting his significant impact on REV’s operational performance and his growing influence within the organization’s executive leadership team.

Since joining REV Group in September 2023, Polteraitis has played a crucial role in reshaping the company’s supply chain framework and procurement strategies. As the newly appointed CSCO, he will continue reporting directly to Mark Skonieczny, President and Chief Executive Officer of REV Group, and will now be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the end-to-end supply chain operations across the company’s diverse portfolio of brands.

“Linas has been instrumental in strengthening REV’s procurement and supply chain operations,” said Skonieczny. “Over the course of his tenure, he has built a high-performing team and fostered strong supplier partnerships. He has proven himself to be a strategic and results-oriented leader, and we are delighted to promote Linas to our Chief Supply Chain Officer.”

Driving Operational Excellence

Polteraitis’ promotion reflects the company’s broader focus on operational efficiency, agility, and resilience in a global environment that continues to face challenges related to logistics, material availability, and pricing volatility. As CSCO, he will be tasked with aligning the supply chain strategy with REV Group’s corporate growth objectives, ensuring optimized performance across the company’s manufacturing facilities and supplier networks.

REV Group

Since his arrival at REV Group, Polteraitis has demonstrated a deep understanding of supply chain complexity and a consistent ability to turn challenges into opportunities. Under his leadership, the company has made notable strides in supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and cost containment strategies, which have positively impacted REV Group’s production timelines and customer satisfaction metrics.

His efforts have not only contributed to measurable internal improvements but have also enhanced REV Group’s reputation among its supplier base, many of whom are critical partners in delivering mission-driven vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks, transit buses, and RVs.

A Career Built on Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

Prior to joining REV Group, Polteraitis established a distinguished career marked by successive leadership roles in the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Otis Worldwide Corporation, a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing. There, he was responsible for driving key supply chain transformation initiatives designed to elevate profitability and operational agility.

While at Otis, Polteraitis led a number of global strategies in procurement, logistics, and operations, guiding the company through significant global supply chain challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored with the CEO Award at Otis—a distinction highlighting his leadership in mitigating global disruption and sustaining business continuity during an unprecedented period of volatility.

Before his tenure at Otis, Polteraitis held pivotal roles at several major automotive suppliers and OEMs. These included:

  • Vice President, Purchasing – Direct Materials at Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, where he managed strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations across key production categories.
  • Supply Chain Management Director – Americas at Aptiv, a company renowned for its smart vehicle architecture and advanced safety systems. There, he oversaw complex multi-regional supply chain strategies across the Americas.
  • Various progressive leadership roles in purchasing and supply chain at ZF TRW, DMAX, Ltd., General Motors Corporation, and Isuzu Motors America, where he developed a robust foundation in global procurement, supplier relationship management, and operational planning.

These roles have given Polteraitis a broad, cross-functional perspective on supply chain strategy, encompassing everything from direct materials purchasing and logistics optimization to manufacturing footprint analysis and risk management planning. His ability to bridge the gap between technical operations and executive-level strategy has made him an asset in both established corporations and transformation-focused enterprises like REV Group.

A Vision for the Future

With his elevation to CSCO, Polteraitis is expected to bring an even greater level of focus to areas such as digital supply chain innovation, sustainable sourcing, and supplier diversity. These areas are increasingly important to REV Group’s customers—many of whom operate in government and public safety markets where efficiency, traceability, and compliance are non-negotiable.

Additionally, his leadership will be critical in helping the company navigate macroeconomic uncertainties and fluctuating material costs, particularly as REV Group expands its product lines and enters new market segments. The company’s evolving product strategy—centered on advanced mobility, electrification, and purpose-built vehicle solutions—requires a robust supply chain backbone that can support innovation without compromising speed or quality.

Polteraitis brings both the technical skillset and the strategic mindset needed to meet these challenges head-on.

Educational Background and Personal Accomplishments

Polteraitis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, one of the nation’s top institutions for logistics and procurement studies. Throughout his career, he has received multiple accolades recognizing both individual and team accomplishments in the areas of supplier development, cost reduction, and organizational leadership.

A passionate advocate for continuous improvement and talent development, Polteraitis is also known for building strong internal teams. At REV Group, he has been instrumental in mentoring emerging leaders and cultivating a culture of accountability, resilience, and innovation within the supply chain function.

His appointment to the CSCO role is not only a testament to his experience and results but also reflects the trust placed in him by REV Group’s executive leadership and board of directors.

Strengthening REV Group’s Executive Team

The promotion of Polteraitis comes amid a broader push by REV Group to enhance its leadership capabilities across functional areas including operations, engineering, and product innovation. The company continues to invest in strategic hires and promotions aimed at supporting its long-term growth strategy and driving operational excellence across its network of brands, which include E-ONE, KME, Spartan Emergency Response, American Emergency Vehicles (AEV), Collins Bus, ElDorado, Capacity Trucks, and Fleetwood RV, among others.

As REV Group positions itself for continued growth in 2025 and beyond, the promotion of leaders like Linas Polteraitis underscores the company’s commitment to building a world-class executive team capable of navigating complexity, driving innovation, and delivering value to customers, shareholders, and employees alike.
